March Advertisement Model Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month's brand reputation rankings for advertisement models!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of consumer behavior, using big data collected from February 5 to March 5. The Korean Business Research Institute evaluated the participation, communication, media, and social values of popular advertisement models in order to calculate each star's total brand reputation index for March.
BTS rounded out the top five after seeing a whopping 113.20 percent increase in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score to 1,067,261 for March.

BTS Sweep Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart
Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on March 16th!
BTS's 2022 anthology album "Proof" remained unmoving at No. 9 in its 91st week and their 2018 album "Love Yourself: Tear" came in at No. 12 (in its 207th week).
BTS's Jimin's solo debut album "FACE" rose to No. 10 in its 44th week on the chart.

March Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month's brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from February 9th to March 9th.

BTS Earns Gold Certification For Streaming In Japan
On March 3rd KST the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) announced its latest batch of official certifications!
In 2020, the RIAJ implemented a new certification system for online streaming of songs, as an addition to its pre-existing certification systems for physical album shipments and digital download sales. According to the new system, songs are certified silver once they reach 30 million streams, gold at 50 million streams, and platinum at 100 million streams.
In the RIAJ's newly announced batch of certifications, BTS's "Telepathy" was certified gold after surpassing 50 million streams in Japan.

February Singer Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The rankings were determined through an analysis of singers' media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from January 24th to February 24th.

BTS Makes YouTube History As "Dynamite" Becomes Fastest K-Pop Group MV To Hit 1.8 Billion Views
BTS's smash hit "Dynamite" has made YouTube history yet again!
According to BIGHIT MUSIC, BTS's music video for their 2020 hit "Dynamite" surpassed 1.8 billion views on February 23rd at approximately 3:06 a.m. KST.
"Dynamite" has now become the first Korean boy group music video ever to reach the milestone on YouTube—and the fastest K-pop group music video to achieve the feat.
BTS originally released "Dynamite" on August 21, 2020 at 1 p.m. KST, meaning that it took just over 3 years, 6 months, 1 day, and 14 hours to hit the 1.8 billion mark.
The previous record for the fastest K-pop group music video to surpass 1.8 billion views belonged to BLACKPINK's "DDU-DU DDU-DU," which took approximately 3 years, 7 months, and 16 days to reach the milestone.

2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards Announces Nominations, Including 3 New K-Pop Categories
The 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards has revealed this year's nominees!
On January 18th local time, the iHeartRadio Music Awards officially announced its nominations for its upcoming award ceremony, which will celebrate the most-played artists on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app from the past year.
This year, three new K-pop categories have been added: K-Pop Artist of the Year, K-Pop Song of the Year, and Best New Artist (K-Pop).
This year BTS has been nominated for the "Best Fan Army (socially voted category)" award.
The 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air live from Los Angeles on April 1st at 8 p.m. ET.
